To make a change or addition to the schedule, use this form. See the timeline information and contact requirements on the Game Change Form page of the website. This form will NOT make changes to the INGLA schedule. The form is for the officials to make a change to the Arbiter schedule, used for referee assignments. Once this form is completed, please update the INGLA schedule.
To make a change to the Arbiter schedule, use the Game Change form (link above), and send a follow-up email to jandasherm314@gmail.com to make the referees aware of the change. After completing the form, the Home team coach is responsible for updating the INGLA calendar and communicating the change to their opponent(s). The "Home" team is to use this form to notify the Officials of any of the following changes for Arbiter:
● New Game
● Change of Game (time, location, date)
● Game Cancellation
If you are making a change one week or more from the game, you need to fill out the form and send a follow-up email.
If you are making a change under one week and up to 48 hours of the scheduled game time, you will need to fill out the form, send a follow-up email AND send a text to John Sherman (315-532-7292) and to April Sherman (315-591-4761) notifying them of the change.
If you are making a change under 48 hours of the scheduled game time, you will need to fill out the form, send a follow-up email AND send a text to John Sherman (315-532-7292) and to April Sherman (315-591-4761) AND text/email all officials assigned to the original game notifying them of the change.
