Noblesville High School Girls Lacrosse is looking for a head JV coach and a Varsity assistant coach for the 2025-26 season.

Noblesville Millers Lacrosse exists to provide an environment where students in grades 9 to 12 can develop Lacrosse skills, team skills, good sportsmanship and leadership skills.  The ideal candidate will have both the lacrosse and life skills to help our players achieve those goals.  Desired experience includes women's lacrosse playing and/or coaching experience at the High School and/or College Level.  The candidate must have exceptional communication skills with both players and parents, and be able to work well with other coaches on the Noblesville High School Girls Lacrosse staff.

Overview:
Hamilton Southeastern is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to lead our Girls Varsity Lacrosse program. The Head Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the high school lacrosse team, including player development, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship, and continuing a tradition of excellence on and off the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and lead practices and games.
  • Teach fundamental lacrosse skills and strategies to athletes of all levels.
  • Promote character, leadership, and academic achievement among student-athletes.
  • Manage assistant coaches and work collaboratively with the athletic department.
  • Ensure compliance with school, league, and state lacrosse association guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
  • Organize off-season conditioning, clinics, and/or team events.
  • Build a positive culture with athletes, parents, and coaches.

Qualifications:

  • Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level required (head coaching experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of lacrosse rules, techniques, and strategy.
  • Proven ability to develop athletes both on and off the field.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Must pass background checks, meet all school, and state requirements for coaches.
